ICL obtains the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

  • Directly from you. For example, from forms you submit or transactions related to products and services you purchase.
  • Indirectly from you. For example, from your browser while visiting the Site.
  • From third parties. For example, from its business partners or service providers.

ICL does not intentionally collect or use the personal information of minors under sixteen (16) years of age or sell it with or without affirmative authorization.

In the event that our company is sold, goes out of business, or enters bankruptcy, your information may be an asset that is transferred to a third-party successor.  Such a successor is not bound by our Privacy Policy and may have its own. You will be notified in the event our company is sold, goes out of business, or enters bankruptcy.


If you interact with others on our Site, other users may have access to some of your data, including your name, profile picture, and your history of interaction with our Site, such as prior comments or posts.


If any part of this Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.


The laws of the State of Texas, USA will govern this Privacy Policy, and will govern any dispute, controversy or claim relating in any way to the Privacy Policy without regard to any conflict of laws. If any dispute, controversy or claim arises between you and us, you agree to submit the matter for mediation before a mutually agreed upon mediator in Tarrant County, Texas. If mediation does not result in agreement, the parties agree to courts in Tarrant County, Texas, as the sole venue for any litigation regarding this Policy, including the rights and obligations of any party to this Policy.
