A year ago I started writing a blog because I wanted to put myself out there as a writer and find a way to encourage people. I didn’t have a plan other than I wanted to write once a week. As my audience grew, so did my focus and goals. It was supposed to be a supplement to a future writing career in the magazine and book world, but the more I explored the world of blogging, the more I fell in love with its versatility.

I started writing about health tips and the things I’ve learned since getting sick with late-stage Lyme, which then morphed into the next natural thing in my healing process, my faith. I went through a summer Bible series on the basics of studying the Bible and went viral on Pinterest for my timelines! After the Bible series, I dove into the fall and Christmas seasons. Now I’m outlining how we celebrate the holidays year-round as a family.

This year I want to focus on daily living and how we incorporate joy into everyday moments, though creating excitement in each new month, and ways we teach our children about giving to others. I have plans to start a charity series next month where I highlight a charity we love and how you and your family can get involved.

I have several other BIG things coming, but I’ll wait until they’re ready to rock n roll! For now, THANK YOU READERS, for making these the top 10 most-read posts of 2019.
